The Reincarnation Of Keynesian Economics

The championship of this post service is the championship of a short, relatively obscure paper I wrote 20 years ago.  Here is the working newspaper version; here is the published (gated) version.  To my surprise, Paul Krugman cites it over at his blog, but Scott Sumner wonders whether Paul actually read it.  In whatsoever event, it is delightful to encounter soul retrieve such an erstwhile paper.
